Olbas Oil combines a unique bend of essential pure plant oils to relieve stuffy noses caused by catarrh, colds, and blocked sinuses. Just a few drops on your handkerchief is all it takes to unblock even the most blocked nose. For soothing night time relief, tuck the hanky into your pillowcase. Blocked nose still won't clear? Put a few drops of Olbas Oil in a bowl of hot water, lean over it and cover your head with a towel.
This unique formula is more than just a decongestant! When you're feeling achy, massaging a few drops of oil onto the skin can provide soothing relief from muscular pain and stiffness including backache, sciatica, lumbago, fibrosis, and rheumatic pain.

As an Inhalant:
Using with a tissue:
Adults and children aged 12 and over: DAY: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue and inhale the vapours. NIGHT: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue and leave it inside a pillowcase to inhale throughout the night.
Children aged 2 and over: DAY: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue and hold close to, but not touching, the child to allow child to breathe in vapours. NIGHT: Add 2 or 3 drops to a tissue and place in the bedroom out of the child's reach to inhale throughout the night.
Children aged 3 months to 2 years: DAY: Add 1 drop to a tissue and hold close to, but not touching, the child to allow child to breathe in vapours. NIGHT: Add 1 drop to a tissue and place in the bedroom out of the child's reach to inhale throughout the night.
Children under 3 months: Not recommended.
Using with hot water
Adults and children aged 12 and over: DAY: Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and inhale the vapours. NIGHT: Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and leave in the bedroom to inhale throughout the night.
Children aged 2 and over: DAY: Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and allow child to breathe in vapours. Or leave in the room out of the child's reach to inhale vapours. NIGHT: Add 2 or 3 drops to hot water and leave in the bedroom out of the child's reach to inhale throughout the night.
Children under 2 years: Not recommended.
As a rub:
Adults and children ages 12 and over: Apply with gentle massage to the painful area three times daily.
Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
Do not use Olbas Oil if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients or on broken skin. If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days, a doctor should be contacted. Before using Olbas Oil, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or might take any other medicines including blood thinning tablets like warfarin. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine. Always use this medicine exactly as intended. Avoid direct contact with the child's skin and clothing. Hot water may scald, keep out of reach of children. Close supervision may be necessary with young children. Do not put drops directly into nose or mouth. If Olbas Oil is accidentally swallowed, seek immediate medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical advice. Avoid contact with plastic and other delicate materials.
Active ingredients: Cajuput Oil, Clove Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Juniperberry Oil, Levomenthol, Methyl Salicylate, Mint Oil, Partly Dementholised.
